TERMS aND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are designed to protect both parties and to ensure that we deliver our promise of an unforgettable experience. Therefore, please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions fully.

1. Behaviour & Etiquette policy:

a. It is the responsibility of Objective Entertainment Ltd staff to deliver a friendly, safe and enjoyable experience for the audience.

b. During the experience, Objective Entertainment Ltd encourage some behaviours in a safe, controlled way; however if any person(s) acts outside what can reasonably considered appropriate behaviour and etiquette during the experience, then Objective Entertainment Ltd staff reserve the right to remove them from the game.

i. This can include excessive swearing and inappropriate language

ii. Inappropriate body language which makes our staff and/or other audience members feel uncomfortable.

iii. Anything else to render our staff not able to deliver under safe and controlled circumstances.

iv. If any equipment is damaged by an audience member, then the audience member is legally obliged to compensate Objective Entertainment Ltd for the full replacement value of the damaged item(s).

c. Objective Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to productions and request any ticket holder to leave the performance and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

d. Objective Entertainment Ltd adopt a zero-tolerance for:

i. Bullying; violence (including domestic violence) regardless of whether it is physical or threatened (psychological).

ii. Homophobic or sexist behaviours or comments.

iii. Racist or religious taunts or incitement.

iv. Unwelcome advances or behaviour (repeated) towards our staff or other audience members.

2. Personal Responsibility and Liability

a. Audience members take full responsibility for their own safety during the event – Objective Entertainment Ltd take no responsibility at any time for any individual taking part in the event.

b. Audience members partaking in Objective Entertainment Ltd productions, do so voluntarily.

c. Audience members may refuse to take part in any activities proposed by Objective Entertainment Ltd.

d. Objective Entertainment Ltd is not responsible for individuals partaking in unlawful activities or dangerous behaviour.

e. Minors (under 18) must be under adult supervision at all times. This guardian must take responsibility for the safety, behaviour and actions of up to four minors.

f. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to declare any minors under their supervision to Objective Entertainment Ltd staff prior to the event. This can be done by sending an email to hello@getsocial.uk

3. Ticket Conditions, Refunds and Event Cancellation

a. Every member of the audience must have a ticket.

b. Duplicate Tickets will not be provided in the case of loss of the originals relating to a Third Party Event.

c. This ticket may not, without written consent of Objective Entertainment Ltd, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.

d. The ticket is sold subject to Objective Entertainment Ltd’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements necessary by any unavoidable cause.

e. The transfer of tickets is not permitted.

f. Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than 70 minutes of the performance has taken place. Objective Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to cancel a booking date at any time.

i. If the cancellation occurs up to 24 hours before the date of booking refunds will not be available, however Objective Entertainment Ltd will provide alternative dates for booking at no extra cost to the customer.

ii. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the commencement of the event, refunds will be available.

4. Permissions

Objective Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to access and utilise audience members personal information, including phone number and email address during the show and for any marketing purposes. Audience members have the right to opt out of marketing and can do so by emailing hello@getsocial.uk

5. Monthly competition rules

This competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Objective Entertainment, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

Each participant can only enter once.

No purchase necessary. The competition will run every calendar month. Any entries outside of the Promotion Period will not be counted.

One montly competition winner will be chosen as random from all entries.

The decision of Objective Entertainment in relation to the competition is final.

The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.

All prize winners will be contacted via email.

Winners must respond to notification of their prize within seven days otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).

Winners will be announced by within the first week of each subsequent month.

No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.

By entering participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Objective Entertainment reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Objective Entertainment reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

Objective Entertainment’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

Objective Entertainment accepts no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by monthly closing date.

These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

6. Declaration

a. If you agree to the above terms and conditions, then please proceed with your booking.

b. By ticking ‘agree to terms and conditions’ you are legally bound to ensure that you and your booking party abide by this.

c. You hereby accept all the terms and conditions by booking your place in one of our experiences.
